Great food, excellent service! I had no idea they were there! Best surprise was we got tapioca pudding for dessert included in an already huge meal!

I feel the quality has gone down over time. I've been coming here over 5 years and at first it was amazing. Now it has slowly gone down in quality. Definitely visit less than before

Great neighborhood restaurant that was very busy when my wife and I visited it. That's a good thing. We weren't disappointed one bit. Coffee is only a buck fifty nine and always filled. Eggs, potatoes, etc were outstanding. Servings we're very large. I would recommend it to anyone.

This is a great little diner. The service is very good and the food is delicious. Very generous portions too. I always have Oatmeal and an English muffin for breakfast and it's always tasty!

Solid little dinner. Jam packed on Sundays. Cost effective food. Pretty broad selection of options from breakfast to dinner. The specials on the board are usually a solid deal. Steer your curiosity away from the cream cheese stuffed French toast, it is simply a slab of cream cheese basically straight from the package between two pieces of bread. Friendly servers and good service!

Amazing menu. Everything from breakfast to dinner, available all day. I love the Denver omelette, three egg sized served with a side of hash browns and choice of biscuit and gravy, toast etc etc. I have never been disappointed, and the place is usually hopping. One of the first places I think of when considering breakfast out. Very good service and fast to get your food, served hot!

Great little diner with home cooking. The portion size is reasonable for the price and your full when you step away from the table. The service was prompt when I pulled up to pick it up and the ladies who brought it out to me were friendly and polite. I will definitely be back to this establishment!

Good food, friendly service and very nice portions. If you leave here hungry, it's your own fault. They even offer quite a few choices for their specials. Don't drive by this one.

Love this Friendly.. pleasant atmosphere family restaurant. Food is always delicious. Had The Homemade Chicken Noodle Soup n Grilled Cheese....THE BEST I've ever had...No lie...I was a Prep Cook and Head Cook in my previous Life...in Pennsylvania. I learned a lot from that 20 year experience. Just goes to show that you don't ever stop learning. Two Thumbs up to this Restaurant.

Always great food and great staff. My wife was not feeling well, so she just got the chicken noodle soup and I got the soup and a burger. By the time we left she was starting to feel a bit better. The waitress was very attentive, but not intrusive at all.

A good hometown place, owners are so nice and there to please, servers are very good, food is good, it is getting pricey. When we have company they all want to eat at the dinner!

We live in Pekin and never knew a jewel was that close to us. Very good food!! Homemade and delicious each time. Servers are very nice and efficient. A must visit if you are in the mood for homestyle foods and wonderful desserts! Great place to eat!!!❤🧡💜

Bartonville diner is so beautiful! This is a great place to eat out with family and not they're very good place to eat alone. To my knowledge, there are breakfast, lunch, and dinner, foods. They also what you have lunch food during breakfast. (Yes, I did). I can't wait to eat here again when I come back to Illinois!

Just ate at Bartonville Diner and the food and service was exceptional. The waitress was very nice and the owner was as well. We had our chocolate lab with us and they let us bring him to the table and the waitress was even nice enough to bring him a big bowl of ice water with ice in it. We will definitely be back and I highly recommend them. Please support this local business!

Excellent menu and prompt friendly service!

We are visitors to the area and stopped here on a whim. I'm so glad we did! The chicken soup was excellent and home made. All the soups were home made. I got the turkey salad and it was delicious. Everyone else at the table enjoyed their food. The service was very good, and the server anticipated all our needs. I highly recommend this place to anyone who likes home cooking!

Was my Dad's ABSOLUTE favorite place to eat... Especially loved their stuffed pepper soup, and their spaghetti. Dad passed away 16 months ago, but having lunch there last week was a great reminder of the days when he and I would stop into the Bartonville Diner. 🙂

Had a great meal last evening, going after dinner at our Bartonville Diner. We ordered Catfish filets. It was, as always delicious. It was hot and curbside service with a big smile. Tim and wife (sorry, I don’t know her name). But always do a great job. I hope you can continue to stay open for those of us who depend on you for a good meal And friendly service.
